Ghost ants and black ants are relentless in Al Barsha, especially around kitchens, bathrooms and balcony doors. Diamond Pest Control baits rather than sprays, because the colony sits inside the wall void or outside in the soil - not on the trail you can see.
Different species need different bait - some want sugar, some want protein or oil. Identifying the species correctly is the difference between the trail disappearing in days and nothing happening at all.

We identify the species - ghost, black, pharaoh or carpenter - and follow the trail back to find whether the nest is in a wall void, under tiles, in a planter or outside in the soil.
Gel or liquid bait is chosen to suit the species' food preference and placed directly on active trails and entry points. Because it is non-repellent, workers feed on it and share it through the colony instead of avoiding it.
Where the nest is behind tiles or inside a wall void, insecticidal dust is applied into the cavity through existing gaps and pipe entries.
Door thresholds, window reveals, paving joints, garden walls, planters and irrigation lines are treated so the colonies outside stop resupplying the trail inside.
We check the bait after a week or two and top up where consumption is still high, until the trails are gone rather than just reduced.
Spraying splits colonies and multiplies your problem. Non-repellent bait reaches the queen and ends it.
Sugar-feeders and protein-feeders need different bait. Guessing wastes your money and our visit.
